Zero Sense Series

What do a dancing astronaut, a skateboarding dog and a flying chicken have in common… absolutely nothing! Stock image sites are littered with the most random and entertaining footage. So when convenience store Circle K scored a deal with Mtn Dew Zero Sugar that was so good it made zero sense, I had to find a way to merge those two worlds. That’s exactly what I did. After searching for the strangest stock videos on the internet I was able to storyboard, sound design and create six digital ads for Circle K. During February and March of 2020, the Zero Sense Series ran to help promote Circle K’s exclusive Polar Pop offer. Based on internal reporting, the campaign drove a total of 29,378 visits to Circle K locations. Mtn Dew Zero Sugar at Circle K drove a total of $549,870 in sales with a total of $26,323 in incremental sales. All Mountain Dew sales peaked during the zero sense campaign period, the highest out of all Pepsi brands. Wow that actually makes a lot of sense!
