Every year, Central Park in downtown Atlanta closes its gates and puts on its Vans to throw one of the best independent music festivals in the country, Shaky Knees. As the official beer sponsor of the festival, Dos Equis tasked us with designing a toolkit that felt like a branch of the Shaky Knees retro, rock ‘n’ roll design. I wanted to make the point of sale feel like a classic band poster amplified with an interesante twist, complete with unique skull-shaped coasters and eye-catching billboards. All three days of the festival, from the front of the Peachtree Stage to the top of the Ferris Wheel, you could hear festival goers chanting “We Will, We Will, Rock with Dos!”
